The whole experience was good! Liked this non-smoking hotel, particularly good location and brilliant rooms. The staff was extremely friendly, offered us wake up service and a complimentary breakfast free of charge. The restaurant was great at ground floor, we ordered delicious dishes. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were a huge plus.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a safe, multi-channel TV, and a fridge. The service was absolutely excellent. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

Just next door to the Yellow Crane Tower, closest subway station Jiyuqiao, and the Yangtze river. With a great riverside location on Metro Line 2, guests can easily reach the airport and explore the city. The breakfast was amazing, with a good choice of food options. the room was exceptionally nice and absolutely brilliant, appreciated my exceptionally comfortable bed. the location was riverside, favorable in the center of the city.

Spacious room, high ceiling, two big double beds. Working air condition. Great view of the Yangtze River from river view room. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful swimming pool.

Extravagant, not quite central: The hotel had a grand entrance and lavish decor in the lobby, which gave it an extravagant feel. It was located along the Yangtze river, providing a nice riverside park for morning jogs. Although Wuchang was not centrally located for business meetings, it offered a unique location near the river.

No Air Conditioning: One major downside of the hotel was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The thermostat read 27 degrees Celsius, which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep, especially with no air movement.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a high ceiling, making it feel very comfortable. The two double beds were big enough to sleep two adults and two kids. The air conditioning in the room worked well, and the view of the Yangtze River from my river view room was absolutely stunning. The hotel facilities were great, with a swimming pool, sauna, and hammam available. The staff was amazing, always friendly and attentive to my needs. The location was convenient, as it was close to the Jiyuqiao subway station, making it easy to get around the city. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options.

The hotel is conveniently located near Jiyuqiao station on Metro Line 2, which made it easy to travel around the city, including direct access to the airport. The location was also great as it was literally on the riverside and within walking distance to the popular tourist spots Hubu Xiang and the Yellow Crane Tower. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The service provided by the hotel staff was top-notch, they were friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the view from our room was breathtaking, with a stunning view of the Yangtze River.

The hotel could improve their phone service as it was difficult to reach the front desk when needed.

The temperature control in the rooms is centrally controlled, which can make it too hot during the daytime.

The hotel suffers from smoking issues, with rooms that smell of smoke and cigarette butts outside the elevators. The front desk had difficulty relocating the writer.
